Questions
Mobile notary — frequently asked questions.
Common questions about notarization across Miami-Dade & Broward. Can't find your answer? Reach out.
What areas do you serve?
All of Miami-Dade and Broward County — Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Doral, Kendall, Aventura, Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Weston, and many more. We travel to your home, office, hospital, or any convenient location. See our full service area.
How much does a mobile notary cost?
Florida law caps notarial acts at $10 each (acknowledgment, jurat, etc.). Travel is based on distance zones ($15–$50+) with a traffic multiplier, and after-hours, weekend, or holiday surcharges may apply. You'll always get a transparent total quoted before the appointment — see the full fee schedule.
What do I need to bring?
A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). Do not sign the document beforehand — the notary must witness your signature. Have it complete but unsigned when we arrive.
Can you handle real estate & loan closings?
Yes — deeds, mortgages, refinances, HELOCs, lease agreements, lien waivers, and more. With two decades in banking, we're fluent at the closing table and coordinate smoothly with title companies and lenders.
Do you perform wedding ceremonies?
Yes. We're licensed to solemnize marriages in Florida and can officiate at the location of your choice. Florida's notary marriage fee is a $30 minimum; ceremony services are quoted to scope.
What are your hours?
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Same-day and emergency appointments are available with advance notice.
Can you notarize estate-planning documents?
Yes — wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills (advance directives), and healthcare surrogate designations, all handled with care and discretion. Note: a notary cannot provide legal advice or draft documents.
Can you notarize documents for international use?
We can notarize documents bound for international use — diplomas, transcripts, powers of attorney, adoption papers, and passport consent forms (DS-3053). We cannot issue apostilles; those are obtained from the Florida Secretary of State after notarization.
Do you notarize vehicle title transfers?
Yes — vehicle titles, bills of sale, lien releases, and VIN verifications, plus vessel and mobile-home transfers. Bring a valid ID and the unsigned documents.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Use the secure booking form, or call, text, or email us. We'll confirm your appointment, discuss any travel fee, and confirm the document type so we arrive fully prepared.
