Meet Pedro “Pete” Quintero.

My name is Pedro Quintero — most people know me as Pete. For more than 19 years I built my career in banking, helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate important financial decisions. For over seven of those years I served as a notary public, witnessing and notarizing thousands of documents that carried significant legal and financial weight.

Being a notary is far more than applying a stamp and signature. It requires attention to detail, a thorough understanding of how documents must be executed, and a commitment to handling every signing professionally and correctly. Over the years I worked with mortgage closings, HELOCs, refinance packages, business loan agreements, powers of attorney, affidavits, and trust documents — firsthand experience in accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and service.

I founded SoFlo Elite Notary & Business Services LLC because I saw how often people are left searching for someone who understands not just the notarization process, but the significance of the documents being signed. My banking background gives me a perspective many notaries simply don't have — and it's the standard I bring to your door.
